WHO WE ARE
The Somatic Creatives Collective© is a space for musicians, singers, songwriters, and other creatives seeking a more embodied and sustainable way to create and perform.
Creativity here is supported through reconnection with the body, the voice, and creative flow — not by pushing harder, but by listening more deeply.
We believe creativity lives in the nervous system, in sensation, in breath, and in relationship, not only in the mind.
Through nervous-system–based education, embodied practices, and creative exploration, we support artists in creating from safety, presence, and authenticity, both in their art and in their lives.
HOW WE SUPPORT ARTISTS
At Somatic Creatives©, we work with creativity through the lens of the nervous system.
Many creatives have learned to create through pressure, urgency, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm. Over time, this can pull artists away from their body, their voice, and their intuitive flow.
Our approach offers a different path, one that centers regulation, capacity, and embodiment as the foundation for creative expression.
